Jonathan Ivy Photo recently just started sponsoring a little boy by the name of Piter Kristian Bisim (Kiki) from Indonesia. We decided to choose a little boy from there in honor of Jonathan’s mentor Agung Fauzi. He has blessed our lives in so many different ways that we could never begin to thank him. So we decided the next best thing is to give some support to his heritage. Kiki is 7 years old and lives with his 3 siblings and his parents. Kiki enjoys participating in church activities and playing ball games. He is in primary school where his performance is average. We look forward to the years to come to watch Kiki grow.

Lyla Combs

We had the privilege of doing a mini photo shoot with some friends of ours baby. Little Lyla Combs, at 6 weeks old, was a wonderful model as we propped her up here and there all the while sticking bunny ears on her. She lasted over an hour of modeling before she decided that she was done for the day. We were very impressed with her! The Combs family is a very sweet family and we look forward to the years to come to watch little Lyla grow. Thanks Guys!!!

The Quinones Family

Well we ended a busy weekend of house hunting doing a photo shoot with a fabulous family of four better known as the Quinones Family. Joey, Ashley, Julesy (love her name) and Brody are what I would describe as the perfect American Family. You could see and feel the love from them the entire shoot. Julesy was a great model prancing around and dancing the entire time and little Brody could not have been more content as we passed him around and made him pose here and there. The shoot was so much fun and we love getting to know this cute family. We spent most of our time in Legacy where we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunny day by the water and in the flowers. Thank you Quinones family for allowing us to spend the afternoon with yall!

The Galligans

Shameless advertisement plug: Looking for an amazing hair stylist? Do you live in the DFW area? Then search no more… 7 Studio is the place for you. Shannon Galligan owns her own studio out in Plano where she specializes in coloring and cuts. She has an amazing sense of style and design and this can be seen in both her husband and her hair. We had the privilege of doing a couples shoot with them this past weekend in the Plano area and as would be expected when you have to Fabulous models, things went perfect! We had a blast getting to hang out with them and getting to know them better all the while snapping shots of their day. Both Shannon & Jared are extremely talented and work hard in business and in serving the Lord. They have been married for about 3 years now and are still madly in love. We had a blast with them! Blake & Jenna’s Engagement

Well I must say I think this shoot was the most adventures one yet! We had the privilege of traveling down to the beautiful Texas coast where we met up with Jenna Pruitt and Blake McDavid to take their engagement photos. We started off at what will be their home in a few month then traveled over to the downtown shops, from there we jumped on their boat and took a ride in the bay and ended it with cowboy boots and trucking through the woods. We had such an amazing time getting to know them better and had such a fabulous shoot as they both are extremely photogenic and crazy in love! Jenna & Blake are such a fabulous couple and we look forward to celebrating their big day with them!

Kim Armstrong Taylor’s Bridal Shoot

I just finished editing Kim’s Bridal photos and they really turned out great. Kim was an excellent model. We went to Chandor Gardens in Weatherford and that place is amazing. Speaking of amazing I have to give a shout out to all my helpers. Caleb Fleming was my excellent assistant, he is an aspiring photog like myself and he gave me a hand or two with lights, reflectors, lenses, bags, and everything. And Kim’s Sister Kate! She was hiding in the grass on the ground, ontop of rocks everywhere making that reflector work! She was great! Even Kim’s mom gave a hand! I had a lot of helpers.
