We would like to introduce to you Mr & Mrs Raimo Hyvarinen!

Our bride Kimberly contacted us a few months ago about her destination wedding in Dallas. After a couple e-mails we learned that Kimberly and her fiancée would fly to Dallas from Finland to get married at the Fairmont Dallas.  Kimberly & Raimo arrived on Friday and were immediately welcomed by the Texas heat. Finland this time of year is a balmy 77 degrees which is not quite the case in the Big D.  After several hours of preparation and correction on Saturday Kimberly and Raimo met us in the lobby of the Fairmont looking radiant!  While Jon was taking couple photos I asked their 1 witness who was the only attendee of the wedding, “Why Dallas?” which she replied with, “they wanted to get married in the states and Dallas was the best place with a Finnish priest.  A Finnish priest is the only one who can legally marry them.”  I was so enthralled listening to their story!  So after a day of not knowing what anyone was saying and standing in awe at this beautiful Finnish couple I am pleased to finally be able to present Mr & Mrs Hyvarinen’s photos. We are so thankful to have met this wonderful couple!

We first met Holly through a referral from a family friend who is also a JIP bride. Holly & her family have more energy and spunk than anyone I know.  Just being in their presence makes you feel lighthearted and happy!  Add these characteristics to a wedding and as you can imagine, we have just sketched the perfect day! Not only was Holly & Keith glowing throughout their beautiful day so were their flowers which I must admit was my favorite aspect of their wedding.  The flowers were as bright and fun as the entire Johnson/Knott crew.  Here are just a few photos from the beautiful wedding in Waco.
